Welcome to the web site of the Seventh AFOSR Workshop on Isomers and Quantum Nucleonics organized and supported by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR), Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) and Youngstown State University (YSU):

JINR is a large multi-branch international scientific centre with activities incorporating fundamental research of the structure of matter, development and application of high technologies, and university education in the relevant fields.
AFOSR continues to expand the horizon of scientific knowledge through its leadership and management of the Air Force’s basic research program.
YSU provides open access to high-quality education through a broad range of affordable certificate, associate, baccalaureate, and graduate programs.

Workshop will be conducted in Dubna, Russia, on June 26 - July 1, 2005.
