Development of High-Precision Straw Detectors

Scientific Programme:
Investigation and development of tracking straw detectors with different pressure of its gas mixture for application in high luminosity accelerator experiments and for application in other fields.

Expected main results in 2010:

Stand and beam study of the prototypes with differential pressure of the gas mixture.
Development of the elements with low material budget for the transmission lines production.
Development and investigation of the prototype with 2 m. sq. of the sensetive area.
