Salam\'{o} e-mail: ssalamo@fis.usb.ve Universidad Sim\'{o}n Bol\'{\i}var, Departamento de F\'{\i}sica, Caracas, Venezuela The $so(2,1)$ algebraic treatment for the bound state sector of the hypergeometric Natanzon potentials \cite{k1} developed in \cite{k2} is extended to include the scattering sector. The formalism introduced in \cite {k3} of an asymptotic algebra is used to evaluate the $S$ matrix.
