Results of the summer recreation

In October, the Joint Trade Union Committee summed up the results of the summer recreation for JINR staff and members of their families.

Trip tickets were allocated by the TUC Social Insurance Committee, the Social Insurance Committees of the Trade Union Committees of the Institute's departments, with the participation of staff members of the Property Complex Development Department and the JINR Accounts Department. Out of 990 subsidized prices for trips to the "Dubna" SPA and Resort Hotel in Alushta, 915 were distributed, including 164 for children. The JINR Directorate made a decision to allocate subsidized prices for trips to the "Dubna" SPA and Resort Hotel for children from 2 years old in 2022. The main reason for the reduction in the number of residents is the difficult transport accessibility of the Hotel: flights to Crimea were canceled. It caused additional difficulties in the work of the Social Insurance Committee: due to refusals of the subsidized prices for trips, it was necessary to redo the documents of residents more than once. Despite the difficulties of communication, most residents are satisfied with their rest in the Hotel. The lunch buffet, the quality and variety of the food provided were praised, much to the credit of the production director of the canteen of the Hotel O.V.Zemlyakova. TUC received no complaints, remarks either claims to the work of the Hotel. The Trade Union Committee expresses its gratitude to the Director of the Hotel M.Yu.Kazarinov for the successful organization of summer recreation for JINR employees and their families.

JINR staff members buy trip tickets to health resorts in the country and neighboring countries on their own. After treatment, employees, upon applications to the Social Insurance Committee, received compensation in the amount of 1450 rubles for each day of stay in a sanatorium with a trip ticket duration of at least 12 days and delivering documents in accordance with the order (spa card or certificate, agreement with the sanatorium on obtained medical procedures, documents on payment of the cost of the trip ticket). 78 people were compensated for treatment.

The Children's Committee of TUC allocates tickets for the children of the JINR staff members to schoolchildren's camps. There were 4 city camps based on schools NN 2, 3, 6, 8 and the suburban camp "Sosnovy Bor". 114 schoolchildren spent their summer holidays in the suburban municipal camp "Sosnovy Bor" (4 shifts). 78 children spent their summer holidays in city camps based on city schools. In 2021, the parental fee was 10% of the total cost of the trip. The Institute paid 90% of the cost of the trip ticket, later partial compensation from the budget of the Moscow Region was 50%.

On 29 January, 2022, amendments were made to "Regulations for the provision of the state service for the organization of recreation and rehabilitation of certain categories of children by the Ministry of Social Development of the Moscow Region". As a result, the possibility for organizations to receive compensation for paying for tickets to camps for the children of employees has been excluded. After the appeal of TUC, JINR Directorate decided to pay 50% of the ticket price. The total cost of a ticket to the camp "Sosnovy Bor" was 32900 rubles, to city camps - 10500 rubles. The Trade Union Committees of the departments provided financial assistance to Trade Union members for the purchase of tickets, the cost of which increased markedly in 2022.

Despite the fact that the Institute receives quite a lot of tickets to camps, the number of applicants is one and a half to two times more. The Children's Committee of TUC distributes tickets in accordance with the current situation, while 60% of the tickets are obtained by children from privileged categories (large families, single-parent families and others). There is a similar situation with the shortage of tickets at other city enterprises (MKB Raduga and JSC Tenzor). At a meeting of the city tripartite committee in August 2022, the representatives of JINR, MKB Raduga and JSC Tenzor announced the need to increase the capacity of the camp "Sosnovy Bor" with a new building or to look for another way to solve the problem of a shortage of tickets to a country camp. It was proposed to include an action to increase the number of places in the municipal country camp in the "Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Social and Economic Development of the city of Dubna for 2017-2026".

The Joint Trade Union Committee recognized the successful work of the TUC Social Insurance Committee and the Committees of all departments of the Institute, especially singled out G.S.Krutyakova, T.V.Antyukhova, E.Yu.Malova, E.A.Barzylovich and recommended Trade Union Committees to reward the employees that had distinguished themselves in organizing summer recreation.
