CPED JINR announced changes in payment for housing and communal services

Dear owners and tenants of residential premises in apartment buildings!

JINR concluded an agreement on the organization of payments for utilities with Mosobleirts LLC. In connection with it, the cost of payment for heating, hot and cold water supply, as well as sanitation will be included in a unified payment document of Mosobleirts LLC for residents of 92 apartment buildings located at the following addresses:

Residents of these houses will receive a unified payment document from Mosobleirts LLC with utilities included in early May 2023 for Stage 1 and early June for Stage 2.

In order to correctly switch to payments in Mosobleirts LLC and generate charges for services, we kindly ask residents to tell the settlement centre the current readouts of individual water meters from 10 to 25 April for Stage 1 and from 10 to 25 May for Stage 2:

• or by contacting the client offices of Mosobleirts LLC at the addresses: 22A, Bogoliubov avenue, (working hours: Tuesday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, without a break); 21A, Makarenko str., Dubna (Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM).

In accordance with paragraph 59 of the Rules for the Provision of Utilities approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 354 of 06.05.2011, for owners who have not provided meter readouts within the specified period, the cost for hot and cold water, as well as sanitation, will be determined based on the average monthly consumption or standard. After the settlement centre receives readouts, the accruals will be adjusted based on the actual amount of consumption.

Starting from May 2023 for Stage 1 and from June for Stage 2, residents will be able to transmit meter readouts from the 15th to the 25th of each month in one of the most convenient ways:

• in your personal account on the Mosobleirts LLC website;
• in the mobile application “Mosobleirts online”;
• in Mosobleirts LLC client offices;
• by phone 8-499-444-01-00 daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

You can pay for utilities without commission through the Quick Payment System:

• in your personal account on the Mosobleirts LLC website;
• in the mobile application “Mosobleirts online”;
• via the instant payment button on the Mosobleirts LLC website “Pay receipt online”.
