Social mortgage

Call for applications for the subprogramme "Social Mortgage" of the Programme "Housing" of the Moscow Region for 2023 is open.

The selection is carried out for the purpose of providing the most demanded young scientists and specialists, as well as young unique specialists with state support in the acquisition (construction) of residential premises, subject to the conclusion of the contract of a mortgage housing credit (a mortgage loan) by them for a period of 10 years by: payment of the reservation fee at execution of the contract of a mortgage housing credit (a mortgage loan); monthly compensation for the payment of the principal debt on a mortgage housing credit (a mortgage loan). Citizens of the Russian Federation may participate in the subprogramme "Social Mortgage". The deadline for accepting documents is 31 March, 2023.
