and talented employees and colleagues!

It is thanks to you, the heart of our team, that this huge, complex organism called the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research works so well, growing from year to year and gaining scientific strength.

In these first days of spring, I am especially pleased to express to you, our dear women, my heartfelt gratitude for your inspiring work and your sincere human emotions that encourage and strengthen us in times of hardship. You bring us hope in all our endeavours, blessing us with your infinite kindness and charm. You possess great wisdom and sensitivity, always finding common ground with the members of our large multinational team. Your feminine intuition and careful attention to detail pave our way to the right solutions. Your support helps us not to give up when we face difficulties. Through your eyes, we can see the life in a new light. You are our laboratory of happiness!

I cordially congratulate all female employees of the Institute, all Dubna citizens, as well as the colleagues and partners of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research around the world on 8 March, International Women’s Day!
