The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) will host RUPAC'2004. JINR is an international institute( http://www.jinr.ru/) situated in a small picturesque town of Dubna ( http://www.dubna.ru/). Dubna is about 130 km north of Moscow on the bank of the Great Russian River Volga, 100 km from international airport Sheremetyevo.

       The Conference will start on Monday, October 4, 2004 at 15.00 and will be prolonged till October 9, 2004.

       The Conference will be held in the Conference Hall of the Laboratory of Information Technologies, JINR. A poster session will be held in the same building.
