Registration Fee for foreign participants is 600 EUR before 1 August 2004 and 700 Euro later. It will cover transportation from the airport or railway station and back, hotel accommodation (6 nights), coffee/tea breaks, a participant bag, Welcome Party, Conference Proceedingson CD - disk, Conference Dinner and social program. The fee for the accompanying persons is 400 Euro before 1 August 2004 and 450 Euro later.

      The conference fee should be transferred at the expense of the participants to the following address:

      The Fee may also be accepted in cash (Euro or equivalent to USD) during registration on your arrival.

      In case you cancel your participation in the Conference you are requested to inform the Organizing Committee about it before 1 September 2004 and 75% of the transferred Conference Fee will be returned to you at your expense. The Organizing Committee won't be able to return the money after this date.

      It is planned to fix a special registration fee for Russian participants taking into account the support of Russian Ministries.
