Report titles, abstracts and the list of authors will be placed on the Conference web-site http://www.jinr.ru/RuPAC2004/. The Book of Abstracts will not be published. The proceedings will be published in English in an electronic version on the web-site of the Joint Accelerator Conferences Website (JACOW) http://accelconf.web.cern.ch/accelconf/. The Conference participants will receive copies of the Book of Abstracts on CD - disks. A hard copy of the proceedings will be accessible for extra pay.

     The reports in Russian or English should be submitted to the Organizing Committee on the first day of the Conference as a hard copy and an electronic version on a diskette 3,5".

     The electronic report copies should be prepared in accordance with JACOW rules: http://accelconf.web.cern.ch/accelconf/.
