Conference program will consist of review reports (30 min), oral presentations (20 min) and poster reports (poster size 140 х 70 cm).

     The working languages of the Conference are Russian and English. All oral presentations will be provided with a simultaneous translation.

      To include the report in the Conference program authors have to present an Abstract in English before August 1, 2004. After August 1, 2004 the Program Committee will inform the authors if the report is accepted and of the mode of its presentation. The abstracts being sent after August 1, 2004 will be considered by the Organizing and Programme Committee separately to solve the question about the including this report in the Conference program.
