All the participants of the Conference have to be preliminary registered either by filling in the accompanying Application form and sending it to the electron address rupac2004@jinr.ru or in on-line regime on the Conference web-site http://www.jinr.ru/RuPAC2004/applic_form.html. The latter is preferable.
